Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Dr. Monge was born in Zaragoza, Spain. In 2006, she left her beautiful country to continue her music career in violin performance, first in Puerto Rico, then in Ohio.
She attended veterinary school in the Caribbean at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
Her lifelong ambition was to become a veterinarian and be as good as her veterinarian in Spain. Her first dog helped her to love life with strong feelings towards animals. She does not like to see animals suffer.
In her free time, she likes to spend time with her dogs and spoil them. They go hiking daily and love to sit in front of the fireplace. Her interests outside of animals and medicine include traveling, photography, skiing, writing, cooking, reading, calling her family, laughing, and playing music.
In August 2012, Nelson "The Moose" joined her. He is a rescue Treeing Walker Coonhound from southern Ohio. He is an 82 lb. lapdog that loves to be hugged. Nelson is the shine of her eyes. In September 2022, Brahms joined her family. He is a rescue mix of Pit Bull, American Stafford Terrior, and Labrador Retriever. Brahms is very playful and lovable, and is her sweet baby.
